To the left is an example of the advertising panel made up of components taken from your site. If any part of the image is clicked it acts as a link and takes the user to any URL - in this case http://insearchoftheperfectmallet.com/ but it could be a specifically designed page either on your site or Oxford Croquet .

The panel is 200x312 and is an image: gif, png or jpeg. All I have done is cut and pasted text an images into it.
