The aim is to devise a route which uses simple croquet strokes, e.g. narrow strokes, strokes in which only one ball has to accurately be placed and no 5:3 pass rolls!. Note there is rarely one correct solution - the best solution for you will depend on which strokes are your strongest.
Note the 'K' on the figures is to indicate the blacK ball on black and white printouts.
Problem 1There are balls in the centres of the North, East, South and West boundaries on the yard lines. Your partner ball is for peg; your hoop 1 ball is the on South boundary. How can you set up a four ball break for your hoop 1 ball using 2 bisques? |

Problem 2As above but your hoop 1 ball is on the East boundary? |

Problem 3There are balls in all four corners. Your partner ball is for peg; your hoop 1 ball is in corner 1. How can you set up a four ball break for your hoop 1 ball using 2 bisques? Similarly, same starting position but your hoop 1 ball is in corner 2 The same procedure can be worked out for the hoop 1 ball being in corners 3 and 4! This is left as an exercise.
